I'm not as short as the other guy but. In short: When they buff T1 versions they make Navy versions obsolete for a little while. If they buffed Navy too then suddenly pirate and T2 versions would become obsolete as well until they got a buff.

Cruise Golem is actually borderline fantastic. It gets very good damage projection because of the explosion velocity bonus as well as being able to use faction ammo at low cost because of the slow ROF and only 4x Launchers which helps conserve amm...

Well, something alone the lines of a nano-niddy is always good. Easily gets 2000+ DPS Omnitank while dealing 1300+ DPS itself. Really, it's the best PVE Carrier.

IMO this would be excellent. This way you could either have gang links or implants to probe down "unprobable" fleet boosters. The problem IMO is what would happen if you have both.

As somebody else said, a T3, and specifically the Proteus can do a very good job here. And with covops cloak and interdiction nullifier you will very rarely die.

Any T3 cruiser with WCS fitted can easily reach 120k+ EHP. May not sound as much to a lot of nubs around here but in practice it's low signature size, fast align time and the ability to fit a covops cloak on top makes it a breathtaking amount.

If flying armor fleets slaves are pretty good. For shield I'd use Halo's over snakes / crystals since they reduce incoming damage quite significantly. And they're cheapish too.
